But some of the textbooks need to be upgraded because some have been floating around too long to different students. My child is very bright and they don't have any classes to accomodate him. I missed out on the lottery for the magnet schools, they don't have any extra activities, and I don't know what they do with the money received from the Board of Education because I don't see any school improvements. The principal works extremely hard to establish and safe and productive learning environment for children. The staff has worked to include more programs to encourage parental involvement. Unfortunately,there are no challenges for the above average student.The school's test scores are rising annually. Also more extracurricular programs are being added.
