Hobart Middle School Reviews

I am not completly impressed with the performance of the school. Overall I think that I was lied to about some things coming in the year of 07-08. I was told that a zero tolerance of fighting was aloud and found out much differently.

Principals and teachers are disresepful, aren't fair, and overall unhelpful to students and parents

I am a parent of not one but two special needs students. Both have been in there for 2 and 3 years. The special education staff is one of the best I have seen. Accomidations have been wonderful. The principle and assistant principle sinicerly care about the well being of all the students. I must be honest in saying not all the grades in the school were as easy for my children as far as accomidations, some teachers are very much set in thier way of thinking. On a whole though I would say 98% are wonderful with the kids and not enough can be said about all the staff that is not a teacher, cafeteria workers, aids and general office staff are wonderful at what they do. Coming from a place near here and having been in this sysetem for 4yrs now. They do a good job.

Coming from another schood district is not easy on any student but Hobart has made it easy. Everyone has been very helpful. It is my kids second year at it has been wonderful.

I have had no problems with the middle school. every time I am there and lord knows I am there alot everyone is on there best behavior and the staff is great. thanks hobart

The principal and teachers are very cold towards Special Ed. students. I also have another child in the school that is not in special ed. and his teachers are quite unfair in their grading methods. The school does not like parents that are very involved in their children's education. I would not recommend this school to any parent.

My child goes to this chool and theres different point of veiws, the teachers arent fair sometimes but , the students are aweseom they almost all get along and everyone knows everyone , they know how to have a good time at Hobart and their grades come naturally because eveyone's friends they all do the same thing like homework , Plus they have dances and a lot of athletic activities . Our school for the most part is friendly .
